- Warranty Coverage
Motors, electric boards, control boxes, and ready-made products assembled by Fullink. Shipping fee shall be assumed by clients. Customer-induced damage may incur service and material charges.
- Warranty Period (Effective from the date of purchase, based on the invoice date.)
- Transmitter: 1-year warranty
- Motor: 5-year warranty, 5-year repair coverage.
- Track and accessories: Consumables, not covered under warranty
- Under What Circumstances the Product is Not Covered?
1. The product warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, incorrect installation, misuse, self-modification of the structure, or the use of inappropriate cleaning methods or materials.
2. The warranty does not apply to changes in appearance resulting from usage, or damage or wear and tear caused by any external environmental factors. For instance, moisture, mold, or infestation.
3. Normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, impact, or damages resulting from accidents are not covered by the product warranty.
4. Warranty does not apply if the product is placed outdoors or in a humid environment.
5. Components not manufactured by Fulllink are not covered under this product warranty.
6. The warranty does not cover destruction caused by natural disasters or accidents.
7. Any other faults or damages attributable to the purchaser are not covered under the warranty.
Our personnel will inspect your product to determine if it meets the conditions for warranty coverage. If eligible, we will either repair the product or replace it with an identical/equivalent item. If not, necessary repair or part replacement fees will be charged. In cases where Fulllink no longer sells the product and it is deemed irreparable, we will offer a suitable alternative. If the price of the replacement product is higher, the price difference must be covered.
